PRIME Bar à Bœuf: franchise opportunity

A premium fast-casual concept built on fresh AAA Angus and Wagyu burgers, prime rib sandwiches and elevated American classics, created in Montréal by Lenny Lighter, longtime owner of Moishe's. Active Business is developing the PRIME franchise network and is now speaking with prospective franchisees.

From Moishe's to the counter

Lenny Lighter spent more than five decades in Montréal hospitality, most of them as the owner of Moishe's, the steakhouse that welcomed celebrities, business leaders and generations of loyal locals and was ranked among the best steakhouses in the world. PRIME takes that standard for beef, consistency and service and brings it to a format people can enjoy several times a week: order at the counter, sit down or take it with you, and pay a fair price for a product made from scratch.

Premium, not pretentious

Beef is the brand

More than a burger menu

The menu is short enough to run fast and broad enough to bring people back: burgers, prime rib and pulled beef sandwiches, crispy chicken, a lobster roll, poutines, hand-cut fries and classic shakes.

Burgers

Smash, steakhouse, bacon-cheese, Wagyu and a mushroom veggie burger, all on fresh AAA Angus or Wagyu beef with the house PRIME sauce.

Prime rib and pulled beef

Roast beef sandwich with horseradish-dijon aioli; Southern-style pulled beef sandwich and poutine.

Chicken, lobster and dogs

Crispy chicken with PRIME hot honey, a lobster roll, and an all-beef hot dog with ballpark sauce.

Sides and shakes

Fresh-cut fries with steak-spice aioli, PRIME poutine with Québec cheese curds, Caesar salad, classic and boozy shakes.
